You can unsubscribe from summary emails at any time from your account settings, under Manage preferences.
Change your email subscription settings
To manage your summary email subscriptions:
Log in to your Go & Grow account.
Click Settings in the left menu.
Scroll down to Manage preferences.
Select or deselect the email subscriptions you want to receive.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Your preferences will be updated immediately.
