If you’ve updated your bank account, you can remove (archive) your old banking details directly from your Go & Grow account. The process only takes a moment.
Step-by-step: Remove a bank account
Go to the Withdraw page in your Go & Grow account.
Hover your mouse over the bank account you want to remove.
Click the trash bin icon that appears next to the account.
A confirmation message will appear: “Are you sure you want to delete this account?”
Click Confirm to complete the removal.
🎉 Done! Your old banking details will now be removed from your Go & Grow account.
Important things to know
You can only remove a bank account after your new bank account has been verified.
If you haven’t verified your new bank account yet, please complete the bank account verification process first.
⚠️ Note: Once you remove a bank account, the action cannot be undone.
If you accidentally delete the wrong account, you’ll need to verify that bank account again before using it.
