If your money is reserved, it usually means your account verification is not complete yet. You’ll need to finish verifying your account before you can start investing.
When money is not in your "Unallocated" bucket nor allocated to any investment goal, it's not invested and won't earn returns.
Why does this happen?
This most commonly happens when you:
Add money to your account before finishing the account setup, or
Have not completed all verification steps yet
In this case, your funds are temporarily reserved until your investor account is fully verified.
You may also receive emails or SMS reminders from Go & Grow asking you to complete your account setup.
How do I start investing the money?
To start investing, you need to complete the three account verification steps:
Once all three steps are complete, you will be able to transfer the money to any of the goals you have set up in your Go & Grow account.
Important
If you do not complete the account verification within the required timeframe, your Go & Grow account may be closed.
If this happens, any money you added to your account will be returned to your bank account.
