You can close your Go & Grow account from your Dashboard by going to Settings and selecting Close account. Before doing so, make sure you have no remaining investments or funds in your account.
Before closing your account

Before closing your account, please ensure that:
You do not have any obligations towards other users or Go & Grow
Your Go & Grow account does not contain any investments or funds
How to close your account
Once your account is ready to be closed:
Go to your Dashboard.
Click Settings in the left menu.
Select Close account.
If you cannot see the “Close account” button
You may not see this option if:
Your account registration process is not fully completed, or
You still have investments or money in your Go & Grow account
If your registration is not finalized
Please contact our support team, and we will help you close your account.
If you still have money or investments
You must first:
Withdraw all funds, or
Liquidate your investments completely
Once your balance is zero, you will be able to close your account from the Settings section.
Want to come back later?
If you decide to invest with Go & Grow again in the future, please do not create a new account.
Instead, simply contact our support team, and we will help reopen your existing account.
